Kevin was a great host! Super responsive and helpful. The apartment was clean, close to everything and had all the needed amenities. I definitely recommend. Also, the beds were super comfortable!

Beautiful and cozy home with a lot of Chicago charm! Our group had a great stay, no complaints. The home is spacious, but also intimate and home-y. The home was spotless when we arrived and is decorated perfectly for great photos and memories. Christal was also very responsive and we even received responses late at night when we had wifi questions, which were very easily resolved. Initially I was concerned that we would have issues parking, but we had no issues as there is plenty of parking around the corner if you can’t find any directly out front. It’s a great area and you can find pretty much anything you need within a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend this home!

Our stay at Kevin’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and located in a great area—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Everything was perfectly organized and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Kevin was such a friendly and responsive host—always easy to reach and happy to help with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I had an amazing stay at Kevin’s place in Chicago! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, super easy to get around, and in a really nice area. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and stress-free, and Kevin was a great host the entire time. He responded quickly, was super helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.

The space was exactly as described clean modern and peaceful. My siblings had plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. The location was super convenient. Close to the city which made it easy for us to move around. Our host was really responsive whenever I had questions and he made sure we had all the info we needed. i appreciated how smooth everything was. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in Chicago.

Christals house is beautiful and so clean and spacious. We had a great time and the kitchen has every amenity you could ask for. TV’s in all the rooms so the kids had a great time and only a few minutes walk from a huge park. If we are going back to Chicago we will definitely look to stay here again.

Stayed at Kevin's with my coworker for a convention at the McCormick Center. Way better than a hotel! We had sufficient shared work and living space and there are great coffee shops / cafes in the neighborhood. Super efficient to get to the convention center from the place. Highly recommend!

Nos encantó el hospedaje de Kevin! Nos sentimos como en casa, suficientes toallas, almohadas cómodas, cafetera con cápsulas, etc, todo lo necesario para que puedas disfrutar tu estadía! Nos hospedamos para la maratón y todo nos quedaba muy cerca en carro alquilado, incluso del inicio de la carrera! nunca tuvimos problemas para encontrar Parqueo frente a la casa en ningún horario! Muy linda la ciudad de Chicago! Kevin siempre respondió nuestros mensajes no solo de la casa sino de la ciudad como tal! Muy atento incluso a nuestra llegada a mi país! Si volvemos a Chicago no dudaríamos en hospedarnos aquí!

Christal has a beautiful, spacious place in a great location. It was a great spot for our group and we’d definitely stay there again. While there was only street parking available, we had no issues finding parking each night. Would definitely recommend staying here!
